Chief Executive Officer
The Chicopee Visiting Nurse Association, a not-for-profit organization providing certified home care services, is seeking a highly qualified Chief Executive Officer.  Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for contractual and regulatory compliance, client relations, problem resolution, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and oversight of financial reports. The Chief Executive Officer will establish operating procedures with Board Committees, and directly supervise key staff.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the  administration of health care services, a recent background in the delivery of certified home care services, knowledge of corporate business management, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) degree in nursing, community health, or related field.
